Gore Town & Country Club Function Rooms

Gore Town & Country club has four well-equipped function rooms available for hire. We pride ourselves on being able to meet the needs of any gathering. From the smallest group interview or team meeting in our Boardroom to hosting major events like the annual NZ Gold Guitar Awards in our Stadium.

Hire a single function room, or a combination, to get the exact mix to suit your requirements.

Catering is available from several local businesses (see below), or you are very welcome to make a group booking to dine at our Restaurant.

Gore Town & Country Club has a projector, projector screen, whiteboards, portable stage and tables and chairs available for use for your function or event.

The Boardroom

Occupancy: 20

The perfect venue for a small conference, AGM, interview, presentation, or seminar. You are invited to book this upstairs meeting space for your next meeting.

The Esplin Room

Occupancy: 150

The Esplin room has a built-in sound system and is a great venue for weddings, dinners, dances, larger seminars or conferences, reunions, trade shows and more.

The Mackay Room

Occupancy: 150

Situated next to The Stadium, the Mackay Room can be hired on its own, or in combination with The Stadium for a more flexible use of space. Dinners, cocktail parties, trade shows, and other medium-sized events are perfect for this space.

The Stadium

Occupancy: 999

The ideal large venue for many events including the NZ Gold Guitar Awards and the Hokonui Fashion Awards.
